Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder to join our team at Ventamatic. The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding techniques and a strong understanding of safety standards and procedures. As a Welder, you will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and repairing metal structures and components according to specifications and blueprints. Your work will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• - Perform welding tasks using various techniques including MIG, and Stick welding. 
• - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. 
•  - Prepare and clean metal surfaces for welding to ensure quality and strength. 
•  - Assemble metal components and structures as per specifications. 
•  - Inspect completed work for quality and conformity to standards. 
•  - Maintain welding equipment and tools in safe and effective working condition. 
•  - Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe working environment. 
•  - Document work performed and maintain accurate records of materials used. 
•  - Collaborate with team members and other departments as necessary to complete projects on time.

**Qualifications:**

• - High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding is preferred. 
•  - 3-5 years of experience in welding or related field. 
•  - Certification in welding techniques (e.g., AWS, ASE) is a plus.
• - Experience with thin gauge galvanized sheet metal and plain steel is a requirement. 
•  - Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents. 
•  - Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in welding and fabrication. 
•  - Ability to work with precision and attention to detail. 
•  - Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic. 
•  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
•  - Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor.
